The Furniture Shop was established in 1987, it was formally The Pine Shop, but since the emergence of Oak, we chose to change the name to reflect the diverse selection of the cabinet furniture that we sell.

We are a local company, giving a high quality service to the local area of around 25 mile radius. We can deliver furniture longer distances, but prefer to give a personal service and deliver and setup the furniture ourselves. It is not flat pack and so can be quite heavy and awkward to lift. We setup beds and wardrobes and make sure the customer is happy with their purchase prior to leaving the premises.

Opening Hours are 9.30am - 4.30 pm Monday to Saturday. Half day closing Thursday 1.00pm. We are normally open earlier and can be working later by request. We do all our own deliveries so we tend to be around longer but advertise these hours so we can guarantee the shop is staffed.
